Velayudham is an upcoming Tamil action-masala film directed by M. Raja. It stars Vijay, Hansika Motwaniand Genelia D'Souza in lead roles. The film was formally launched on July 15, 2010 with its photo shoots taken earlier during the month.Produced by V. Ravichandran's Aascar Films, the film is currently in its post-production stage and expected to release in September 2011.
